By booking with Eva’s Luxury Travel LLC and Agent, you agree and accept to the following terms and conditions and (supplier) on behalf of all passengers in your traveling party, and you have the authority to act on each on their behalf. Eva’s Luxury Travel LLC and Agent acts an (intermediary agent) selling travel related products (cruises, tour, airlines, hotels, trip insurance, sightseeing, and airline) description below:
Traveler(s) assume complete and full responsibility for having the appropriate documentation (passport, visas, vaccination, health form and other entry requirements by each country).
Domestic Travel:
For all travelers 18 years of age and older, an unexpired government/state issued picture identification is required for domestic travel.
Get an Enhanced or REAL ID
After May 2025only the Enhanced or REAL ID will be accepted to get on a domestic flight (within the U.S.), (unless you have an unexpired US passport).

International Travel:
All passengers US Citizen are required to have a US valid passport valid for 6 months after return date which contains a number of blank pages to attach any necessary visas and stamps. It is the traveler(s) responsibility to contact the appropriate consulate, embassy or visa agency to obtain the correct visas for your international travel. Non-US Citizen it is your responsibility to consult with the appropriate consulate or other agencies regarding entry requirements and restriction for international travel. Please note some countries visas application can be lengthy. Due to Covid-19 most international country required passenger(s) (to fill out a travel health form for each passenger. Some Countries require you to fill out an immigration form.

Traveling with Minor Children
Passenger(s) should make sure they have appropriate documentation regarding custody and citizenship for each child. Some countries required a consent to travel form sign by both parents and notarized by a local passenger(s) to authority.
Transportation Security Administration (TSA)
Requires carry a government issued identification to board a flight. I have been advised that the name, date of birth, gender that appears on the identification must exactly match the same such data that is listed on my airline ticket and my booking records. I acknowledge that my failure to comply with these requirements may result in denied boarding or undue delay at an airport security checkpoint causing me to miss my flight. You take full responsibility for penalties incurred by the airlines, hotels, cruise lines or tour company in case you miss your flight and understand flight rebooking it is based on availability and it is up to the air carrier control. Eva’s Luxury Travel LLC and Agent shall not be responsible for any delays, damages, and/or losses including missed portions of a trips or denied boarding or entry due to improper travel documentation.

Booking Accuracy
Passenger(s) are required to provide Eva’s Luxury Travel LLC and Agent at time of booking with the legal name, date of birth and gender as it appears on an unexpired identification. It is the passenger (s) responsibility to review all aspects of the booking to verify passenger(s) names, date of birth, gender, arrival/departure date, airport accuracy, destination, accommodations, pricing, booking inclusions, organized activities, mailing address, email address, telephone number before payment is process. Please notify Eva’s Luxury Travel LLC and Agent immediately if any errors or omissions. Passenger(s) assume full responsibility of any penalties and charges due to rebooking the itinerary for name correction, date change, hotel, accommodation, airport.
Acknowledgements
Eva’s Luxury Travel LLC and Agents acts as an intermediary for suppliers in selling travel-related products or services (such as air, hotel and ground transportation, car-rental company, tour operator, cruise line, or other service provider named in your itinerary or confirmation (“Suppliers”). Eva’s Luxury Travel LLC and Agent shall not be responsible for the acts or omissions of the Suppliers and subcontractor , failure to comply with any laws without limitation, or any intentions or their failure to adhere to their own schedules, provide services or refunds, breach of contract, financial default, or failure to honor future trip credits, damage, delay, inconvenience or injury of travelers or companions, terrorist activities, mechanical or structural integrity of air, sea, ground transportation, accommodations, local laws, Acts of God, delays, changes, or cancellation of travel due to weather conditions, accident before, during, and after the trip. Eva’s Luxury Travel and Agent have no special knowledge regarding the financial condition of the Suppliers and no liability for recommending a trip credit in lieu of a refund.
When you embark on your travel you voluntarily assume all risks involved in such travel whether expected and unexpected.
Payment
I have been advised to use a credit card as this may offer the opportunity to dispute the charge should a vendor cease to operate.
Cash and credit card payment if eligible for a reimbursement in the event of a cancellation Eva’s Luxury Travel LLC can not provide a refund until the supplier(s) processes payment.
A copy of the front, back of the credit card, a credit card authorization form and an identification are required before payment is processed.
We reserve the right to refuse checks as payments need to be given to the supplier immediately causing the reservation to be canceled.
Any deposit or full payment when required enables us to hold the reservation but does not guarantee the price from you is non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
The price can only be guaranteed once we receive full payment and travel documents have been issued subject to any terms and conditions of the supplier. Upon receipt of your payment, you authorize Eva’s Luxury Travel LLC and Agent to make payment arrangements with the corresponding suppliers on your behalf. However, even if paid in full, additional post-purchase price increases may be applied by government taxes, fees, and surcharges.
You consent to any post-purchase price increases as stated above and authorize Eva’s Luxury Travel LLC and Agent to contact you with such of charges and request your credit card for any an additional amount charge by the supplier(s).
Penalty
Cancellation, change, no show or rebook bookings may incur charges. These charges can be up to 100% of the cost of the booking. Eva’s Luxury Travel and Agent will notify you of such of penalty before changes occur.
Airlines
Airlines tickets are non-refundable, non-changeable, subject to a change fee and fare difference impose by the air carrier and have an expiration date. Eva’s Luxury Travel LLC and Agent is not responsible for airlines schedule changes, loss of seat assignments, flight cancellations, missed connection, gate change. Loss or damage baggage, inclement weather, security control and delay, refuse boarding or failure to check in on time. It is your responsibility to reconfirm the flight directly with the airline prior to departure and provide an accurate email address before departure for your journey. If you purchase a multi-stop or round the world flight and you do not check in on a confirmed flight, the airline will register you as a ‘no show’ and your tickets on your subsequent flights may be cancelled. Please contact the emergency phone number on travel documents or us as soon as possible if you do not intend to check-in for a confirmed reservation in these circumstances.
Some airlines offers discounted airfare that involves many restrictions: no carryon bags, seat assignments done at the airport or at the time of check in, non-changeable fare, drinks, snacks or meals for purchase only.
Check in for domestic flight 2 hours prior to departure and 3 hours for international flight. During holiday and high season give yourself extra time. Airline reservations can be cancelled and denied boarding if you are not checked in 1 hour prior to your departure flight.
Luggage
Each airline has its own policy regarding luggage. We recommend that you check with your airline ahead of time for any weight restrictions and additional charges relating to checked baggage. You will be responsible for paying to the airline any additional charges for checked or overweight baggage. In the event of loss luggage, damage, theft and late forwarding contact the airline and submit a declaration form including the travel ticket, baggage check in slip. We strongly recommend that you purchase trip insurance.
Cruise and Tour
When you purchase a cruise with Eva’s Luxury Travel LLC and you authorize us to do the check in, print electronic documents for you and travel companion(s), accept the terms and conditions of the cruise or tour on your behalf. It is your responsibility not (Eva’s Luxury Travel LLC and Agent) to make sure every traveler(s) reads, understands, and follows the cruise contract agreement. After reservation is paid in full the cruise and tour company may impose (government fees, taxes and fuel surcharges). It is your responsibility to pay the additional charges before departure or boarding can be denied for lack of additional payment.
Cruise lines and tour company’s may change an itinerary last minute, in some cases clients will be notified after their travel begins. Eva’s Luxury Travel LLC and Agent is not responsible for such of changes.
Some tours may require a medical form prior to travel if anyone traveling has a medical condition but not limited to pregnancy, check the suppliers’ websites for details and your physician.
Cruise Line recommend passengers to download their app to do the online check, reservations and fill out the health questionnaire.
Emergency during travel contact the tour director, tour guide or call the emergency phone number provided with your travel documents.

Trip Insurance
We strongly recommend that you purchase trip cancellation, medical and travel accident insurance. Please note that most policies state they do not cover epidemics and pandemics when travel warnings are in place. Eva’s Luxury travel LLC and agent acts as an intermediary any questions or concerns will be directed to the insurance company. Travel insurance company will make all final decisions on their coverages. You agree to hold Eva’s Luxury Travel LLC and Agent harmless for your election not to purchase travel insurance or for any denial of claim by travel insurer (s) as it relates to Covid-19 or any other claim under the policy. If insurance is declined, you may be asked to sign another document indicating so.
